Accounts & Access
Who can create an account?
Anyone can register. Org admins can invite teammates; membership controls what assessments and reports you can access.
Do you support SSO?
Enterprise SSO is available on request. Contact [email protected] to enable SSO for your organization.
How do roles and orgs work?
Access is scoped to your organization. Assessments, reports, and Pulse data are only visible to members of that org.
Assessments & Data Entry
What do I need before starting an assessment?
A list of core systems, key pain points, and constraints (deadlines, budget range, regulatory obligations, staff limits). Perfect data is not required—capture the basics and refine later.
Can I edit an assessment after saving?
Yes. You can revise systems, vendors, integrations, and constraints at any time. Regenerate recommendations to reflect updates.
How detailed should integrations be?
Capture the main flows (direction, style, and data types). AIM is built for “good enough” inputs and doesn’t require full interface specs.
Recommendations, RAO, & Reports
What is RAO?
RAO = Retrieval-Augmented Optimization. AIM retrieves relevant patterns/reference architectures, scores options across cost, maturity, security/compliance, lock-in, complexity, and fit to your C-constraints, then optimizes for the best overall fit.
When do recommendations become available?
After you enter systems, vendors, integrations, and constraints, click “Generate Recommendations.” You can rerun after edits.
Can I export reports?
Yes. Use Reports & Exports to generate the modernization report, then export to PDF/Word.
Project PULSE
When can I use Project PULSE?
After recommendations and the modernization report exist. Pulse turns those outputs into a strategic health view.
What goes into the Health Score?
Timeline adherence, constraint alignment (C-1…C-4), risk/blockers across epics, and team capacity.
Does PULSE replace Jira/ADO?
No. Pulse is strategic (leadership visibility), not a ticketing system. Keep task-level work in your PM tool.
Can I share Pulse externally?
Yes. Pulse supports secure public embeds with sanitized data and domain allowlisting.
Privacy, Security, & Data Handling
Is my data isolated per organization?
Yes. All queries are scoped by organization and membership with RLS enforcement.
What data is included in public embeds?
Public Pulse embeds remove internal names/emails and require token plus domain allowlist.

Confirm epics are mapped to constraints, sprint dates are current, and team capacity is defined. Update statuses for blocked/at-risk epics.
