6. Intellectual Property
AIM, its algorithms, frameworks, documentation, user interface, models, analysis engines, scoring logic, and all associated intellectual property are owned exclusively by The Freedom Project, LLC. This includes, without limitation, the following proprietary methodologies and frameworks:
- The RAO Scoring Framework — AIM's proprietary Risk/Architecture/Operations three-axis scoring model, including its dynamic weight adjustment logic that calibrates scoring based on project archetype, regulatory environment, and organizational context.
- The Modernization Archetype Framework — AIM's deterministic classification system that infers a project's modernization archetype (including Cloud Migration, Legacy Replacement, Cybersecurity Modernization, Data Modernization, AI Enablement, and others) from structured assessment signals, and applies archetype-specific scoring calibrations across all downstream outputs.
- The Three-Model Labor Cost Intelligence Layer — AIM's proprietary approach to labor cost estimation that synthesizes U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics Occupational Employment Statistics, U.S. Office of Personnel Management General Schedule pay tables, and GSA CALC awarded contract rates into a unified, sector-aware delivery cost model.
- The Historical Procurement Benchmarking Engine — AIM's project fingerprinting and similarity-scoring methodology that compares modernization assessments against federal IT contract award data to produce calibrated cost and duration benchmarks with confidence ratings.
- The Decision Provenance System — AIM's structured approach to documenting, explaining, and auditing the factors that drive each recommendation, score, and output produced by the platform.
These methodologies constitute trade secrets and proprietary know-how of The Freedom Project, LLC. You may not reproduce, publish, disclose, reverse engineer, or use these methodologies to build competing systems or tools, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization.
You receive a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services solely for your internal organizational modernization planning purposes. AIM outputs generated during your use of the platform may be used internally. External publication or commercialization of AIM outputs requires prior written consent.
You do not acquire any ownership rights in AIM, its methodologies, or its outputs.
7. User Data & Content
You retain ownership of the data you submit ("User Data"). By using AIM, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, analyze, structure, visualize, generate insights from, and store (if applicable to your account tier) your User Data solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
We do not sell User Data and we do not share it with third-party vendors for marketing or sales influence.

Some features may rely on APIs, external datasets, or integrations. We are not responsible for:
- Uptime or availability of third parties

Any integrations you enable are used at your discretion.
9. No Vendor Influence

This neutrality is a fundamental principle of the platform.
10. AI-Generated Output
AIM generates insights using algorithmic and AI-driven methods. You acknowledge that:
- Output may contain errors
- Output is informational, not deterministic
