What this is
Prove one decision, not a feature list
A buyer can sit through one decision and see what AIM produces: constraint-normalized scoring, vendor-neutral architecture, cited cost, designated approvals, decision provenance, and a delivery baseline that survives the award.

The sit-through tape

Evidence
Capture the current environment, constraints, regulatory scope, and what is still unknown. AIM normalizes free-form input into typed constraints so later scores stay traceable.

Alternatives
Score more than one path against the same constraints. Vendor neutrality includes recommending a discounted incumbent when the evidence says it scores. AIM can lose to a current vendor.

Affordability
Choose a 3-year or 5-year total. Year 1 is a row inside that horizon — startup versus sustainment — not a third lifecycle product. Discount cliffs and exit costs belong in assumptions.

Approval
The people accountable for architecture, security, procurement, and executive direction record the decision against the exact evidence package. Designated authority is part of the product, not a slide.

Baseline
Project Pulse holds strategic delivery oversight after award. Pulse Sustainment freezes the as-built baseline when implementation is complete. Pulse is not an integrated master schedule for thousands of program activities.
What this walk is not
It is not an IMS for a national program schedule, not an hours-saved productivity dashboard, and not production mutation in a customer environment. Mission Control stays observe, propose, rehearse, and signed preflight.
